The University has dissertation councils to defend doctoral thesis. The councils have the right to provide expert evaluation of dissertation research of doctoral students who have completed three years of training in one of ten programs:
Аpplicant submits to the secretary of the commission for consideration the application of a doctoral student/graduate of a doctoral degree The following documents (paper, electronic version):
• Abstract (kaz., rus);
• Doctoral dissertation (only in electronic version);
• Articles in journals, Scopus/WoS (screenshots from the website);
• Review of a local scientificadvisor;
• Review of a foreign scientific advisor;
• Anti-Plagiarism report;
• Application;
• Certified list of works;
• Positive conclusion of the extended meeting of the department;
• Extract from the order on the appointment of scientific advisors and on the approval of the Doctoral dissertation.
