The Department ensures the efficiency of the university infrastructure, organizes regular cleaning of the premises and territory, repairs the university facilities. The structure of the department includes a public catering complex, which provides the work of canteens and cafeterias of the university.

The admissions committee organizes information and explanatory work with applicants, conducts an admission campaign for bachelor's, master's, doctoral programs, interacts with the National Testing Center, the Higher and Postgraduate Education Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of conducting entrance exams.

The Career and Employment Center monitors vacancies in the organizations of the region and holds a Career Week, presentations of employers. The Center forms a database of employers and systematizes questionnaire information about graduates. The Palace of Students is the center of students' creativity and leisure time. It has a 500-seat concert hall, an upper and lower foyer, rehearsal rooms, a choreography room, a costume room, and a recording studio. It hosts rehearsals and performances by the university's creative teams, exhibitions, fairs and presentations of creative works, contests and festivals, and celebrations.
