Between Karaganda University named after E.A.Buketov and Tashkent State University of the Uzbek Language and Literature A. Navoi signed an agreement on cooperation. November 11, 2022 at the Karaganda University named after E.A.Buketov, including the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology, the faculty of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Tashkent State University of the Uzbek Language and Literature named after A. Navoi arrived. Uzbek colleagues were interested in the departments of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology and the experience of training specialists in the field of psychology, pedagogy, social work, philosophy, political science and sociology. The guests were introduced to the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology, departments of the faculty, as well as a research laboratory for a comprehensive study of the religious situation in Kazakhstan.
Further plans for cooperation between universities were discussed at a reception with the rector, Professor Nurlan Dulatbekov. The organization of academic exchanges, joint conferences, seminars, as well as publication and research work was envisaged.
Tashkent colleagues also held methodological seminars and lectures for teachers and students of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology.
