On February 13, the Karaganda University named after Academician E. A. Buketov hosted the Legal Olympiad, which brought together students from the KVS MIA RK, Karaganda University, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz and Bolashaq.The participants demonstrated their knowledge in competitive tasks, analyzed complex cases and took part in legal debates. The jury assessed the level of students' preparation, their ability to analyze legal situations and argue their position.The participants' work was assessed by experienced lawyers and representatives of the academic community:M. Ilyasova - Professor of the Department of Civil and Labor Law, researcher.S. Smagulov — President of Asia Invest, sponsor of the event.The prize fund of the Olympiad was 2 million tenge, which became an excellent incentive for the participants:Grand Prix — team «Custodes luris» (KaRU) — 1 million tenge1st place — «Lex Pro» (KaRU) — 500 thousand tenge2nd place — «Jus INVICTUM» (KaRU) — 300 thousand tenge3rd place — «Yuridiks» (KaRU) — 200 thousand tengeSpecial recognition was given to the team of the Academy «Bolashaq», which received a special award for the will to win and demonstrated knowledge, as well as a cash prize of 50,000 tenge.All participants of the Olympiad received certificates confirming their participation in the intellectual competition.
