KEY ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

From May 19 to 25, 2025, Karaganda Buketov University is hosting a formal visit by Professor Khaidarov Mamat Eshkulovich, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and representative of the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami.As part of the program of foreign scholars, Professor Khaidarov M.E. is delivering a series of lectures on the topic "Fundamentals of Educational Management" for students and faculty of the Faculty of Education. The lectures cover key aspects of educational leadership, modern approaches to organizing the educational process, and the development of managerial and leadership competencies among teachers.On May 19, Professor Khaidarov met with the Rector of Karaganda Buketov University, Doctor of Law, Professor Nurlan Orynbasarovich Dulatbekov. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing bilateral cooperation between the universities, including academic and research collaboration.
