At the Faculty of Philosophy and psychology of the Karaganda University of the name of academician E.A. Buketov held a course of guest lectures by Rostovtseva Marina Viktorovna, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Department of Developmental Psychology and Counseling of the Siberian Federal University on the topic “Organizational Psychology and Leadership”.
Lectures are held from May 14 to June 10, 2023 in a mixed format for 72 hours. From 05/14/2023 to 05/19/2023, face-to-face lectures are held in building No. 8. From 05/30/2023 to 06/10/2023, remote classes and consultations will be organized.
Course V.M. Rostovtseva is devoted to the problems of management and leadership in the organization. This course will be useful for students and undergraduates to master the disciplines "Organizational Psychology", "Psychology of Management", "Social Psychology", "Labor Psychology", etc. In addition, teachers and students will have the opportunity to receive advice on the organization and implementation of scientific research, choice of topic and direction of scientific work, etc.
