On November 28, the Faculty of Foreign Languages hosted the "Zhurekten Zhurekke" charity fair.
According to Rector N.O. Dulatbekov, events like these demonstrate how caring, active, and willing our students are to unite for good causes.
"Our university not only holds national and research status, enshrined at the state level. We also have another important title: 'Kazakhstan's Kindest University.' We received it about three years ago, and I sincerely believe it ranks among our key achievements. Dear friends, do good, do good deeds. May each of us contribute to this common noble cause on this day."
The fair featured cozy areas with homemade baked goods, drinks, handicrafts, books, and much more. The festive atmosphere was enhanced by various activities: darts, mini-bowling, a movie theater, a games room, a photo booth, speed dating, workshops, and, of course, a raffle with prizes from sponsors.
All proceeds will be donated to Laura Tuleubaeva, who requires spinal stimulation for the treatment of neurogenic bladder dysfunction (NBD).In total, the student youth raised 1,700,000 tenge.
