On May 20, the walls of the Karaganda University named after Academician E. A. Buketov were filled with a special atmosphere, exciting, solemn and truly inspiring. That evening, the ceremony of presenting the first youth award "BUKETOV LEADER - 2025" took place, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great scientist Evney Arystanovich Buketov.
This event brought together the most proactive, talented and purposeful students who, with their work, good deeds and personal example, inspire not only their fellow students, but also teachers.
Each of the nominations reflected different aspects of student contribution: sports, volunteering, science, creativity, mentoring. The winners of this evening were awarded diplomas, letters of thanks and cash certificates - not just for their merits, but also for the values that they carry. “Best youth organization” – Volunteer Center “Biz Barmyz”. The center received a well-deserved award - 100,000 tenge.
“Zhyl sportshysy” - Shalabai Daniyar, 4th year student of physical education and sports (100 thousand tenge).
“Zhyl Yesimi” - Vitaly Makeev, 3rd year student of FCS (100 thousand tenge).
“Zhyl Talents” - Anyk Akpeyil, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages (100 thousand tenge).
“Zhyl Volunteer” - Zhakhin Zhasulan, 4th year student of Physical Education and Science (100 thousand tenge).
"Uzdik pikirsayysshy" - Shadibek Azhar, 3rd year student of the Faculty of Chemistry (100 thousand tenge).
"Zhas gylym" - Mukhtarova Aidana, 4th year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages (100 thousand tenge)
Nomination "Eng uzdikstudenter yyi":
1st degree diploma - No. 1 house 100,000 tenge.
2nd degree diploma - No. 2 house 75,000 tenge
3rd degree diploma - No. 7 student house 50,000 tenge
Athletes who make the university proud. Special letters of thanks, a cup and cash certificates were received by:
Duysenbaev Akzhol - for 1st place in the weight category up to 90 kg in judo is awarded a letter of thanks and a certificate for 200,000 tenge;
Zhakashov Aibek - for 1st place in the weight category up to 81 kg in judo is awarded a letter of thanks and a certificate for 200,000 tenge;
Altayev Ulan - for 3rd place in the weight category up to 90 kg in judo is awarded a letter of thanks and a certificate for 100,000 tenge.
Special nomination - "Best Young Curator" - was awarded to Aldabaeva Gulnur Zhambulatovna, senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages (100 thousand tenge).
Letters of gratitude and certificates of 50 thousand tenge were also presented to Isina Zhannur Amirgalikovna, Deputy Dean for Educational Work of the Faculty of Chemistry, and Yeralinova Torgyn Elemesovna, Deputy Dean for Educational Work of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
The "Best Media Club" award was deservedly given to Buketov PR Team (50 thousand tenge) for creative coverage of university life and inspiring media projects.
The culmination of the evening was the presentation of the main award - "BUKETOV LEADER - 2025", the winner of which was Mereili Zhaksylyk - student ombudsman of the Karaganda region, leader of the "Kazakhstan Student Alliances" movement, founder of the "ALGA QADAM" club and regional coordinator of the "Esbol gory" project. A true symbol of student leadership of the new century!
