STRENGTHENING SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL AND ENERGY COOPERATION

Ten scientists from the Faculty of Physics and Technology have begun training at Shihezi University (China) as part of the «Seminar on Training Leading Personnel for Energy Cooperation among SCO Countries.» The seminar is taking place from October 11 to October 31, 2025, and is a project of the Chinese government’s foreign aid, organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and conducted by Shihezi University. The Chinese side is covering the costs of round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, and transportation for the participants during their stay in China. The main goal of the seminar is to strengthen scientific, educational, and energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, as well as to prepare highly qualified and competitive specialists for the future energy industry. This seminar promotes the development of bilateral relations and the exchange of expertise in the field of energy, which is of great importance for implementing joint projects and sustainable development in the SCO region.
