MEMORANDUM TO SUPPORT YOUTH SIGNED AT BUKETOV UNIVERSITY

On 26 January, a meeting was held at the Student Palace of Karaganda Buketov National Research University with a special delegation led by Yernar Bektayev, Head of the Youth Resource Center of the Turkestan Regional Department for Population Development.The meeting was organized within the framework of the state program “Serpin-2050: Eternal Youth of the Nation – Towards Industry” and aimed at the effective implementation of youth policy, strengthening interregional cooperation, and creating new opportunities for students.The ceremonial event was attended by the special delegation headed by Yernar Bektayev, the university administration, faculty members and students.During the meeting, Nurzhan Argynovich Zhetpisbayev, Member of the Board and Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of interregional cooperation in supporting young people.“Buketov University is one of the leading universities in the country in terms of the number of students enrolled under the Serpin program, which is a key driving force behind the academic and social development of our university. To provide comprehensive support, we regularly organize social, scientific, and academic events,” he noted.Azamat Aldashovich Duissembayev, Head of the Department of Marketing and Student Recruitment, spoke about the university’s formation and major achievements and presented detailed information in his presentation.In addition, a special video was shown depicting a day in the life of a student studying at Buketov University under the Serpin program, followed by a concert program performed by members of a student organization composed of active university students.As part of the official proceedings, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Municipal State Institution “Youth Resource Center” of the Department of Public Development of the Turkestan Region and Karaganda Buketov National Research University.After the signing ceremony, Yerbol Zhanbyrbaevich Sarmurzin, Member of the Board and Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, delivered a speech highlighting the importance of compassion and responsibility toward students from the Turkestan region.“The main purpose of the high-level guests who came today from Turkestan is to see with their own eyes how students study, the conditions they live in, and to learn about their situation. Having people nearby who care about you and wish you all the best is a great happiness,” he said.At the conclusion of the meeting, the guests were presented with the book “Birtuar Boketov” and branded merchandise from the university.
